What They Do

Everyday individuals and families are constantly looking for means to grow their wealth. Unfortunately, investing in real estate assets is inaccessible for a majority of the population. SmartCrowd addresses this problem by offering a regulated real estate crowd funding platform that allows individuals to purchase fractional shares of pre-vetted real estate assets and enables the establishment of a consistent secondary line of income.
