What They Do

4 out of 10 newly qualified teachers leave the teaching profession because of workload around planning, as teachers are spending on average 10 hours a week on top of their normal teaching hours planning lessons. Teacherly is a collaborative lesson planning and peer-to-peer coaching platform that uses predictive data to better understand the performance of the teaching workforce, enabling flexible teaching of a more interactive curriculum. Rather than being throttled by the demands of planning a curriculum, Teacherly brings about a suite of teaching features that transform a 10 billion pound global market of 29 million teachers into groups of teacher-teams that showcase their individual and collective strengths. Teacherly has scaled to over 2,083 schools throughout Europe and the Middle East, and has now partnered with University College London Educate Programme to solidly quantify its efficacy and impact on it’s network.
