Blue collar workers lack educational resources to drive personal development and improve the quality of their lives. Smart Labour has created an application offering courses on the development of life and linguistic skills that simultaneously develops these workers and incentivizes them to do so with the aim of enriching their lives and improving their value add to their employers.

About the founder
Abu Muadh grew up as an Indian expat in Dubai. He’s an IT professional with over 20 years of experience and involvement in large-scale projects that engage the best out of technology and people. He’s worked extensively with the blue collar workforce in order to improve their lives and hopes to bring smiles to millions of faces with innovative technology.
Abu Muadh’s always keen to learn from babies in cradles to the oldies in armchairs and everyone else in the middle.
