From startups to corporations, we work with companies to find the best people there are out there – and we ensure every engagement is managed effectively in the best interests of both parties. mesh provides pre-screened & vetted meshers/freelancers to the Buyers and Companies as a cost-effective freelancing talent destination. mesh enables Buyer and Companies to search & browse services & skills offered by mesh talented meshers/freelancers from the UAE and across the globe. mesh is aligned with UAE’s Vision 2021 & Centennial 2071 under three pillars: united in knowledge, happiness community and towards best economy.

About the founder

Alia Al Hammadi has a proven leadership track record and around 18 years of experience in the Information Technology & Strategy. Alia worked with several companies in different sectors & industries such as Civil Nuclear Energy, Oil & Gas, Roads & Transport, Logistics & Trade, and Research & Development.
Alia possesses experience in leading and designing digital transformation programs and provides strategic guidance & recommendations to the C-suite and the executive management around innovation in the digital age.
Alia is a graduate of the Impactful Leaders Program from Mohamed Bin Rashid Center for Leadership Development (MBRCLD). She holds Master’s Degree in Engineering Systems & Management and Bachelors of Science Degree in Computer Engineering from the American University of Sharjah (AUS). She is an EFQM (European Foundation for Quality management) certified Assessor & Validator.
Alia is an ambassador at the Emirates Digital Association for Women & Member of the ArabWIC UAE Chapter. Alia won the 100CIO Award for 2017 & 2018.
