We create technological solutions in digital screening for application in the fields of Education and Health prioritizing social impact and sustainability. Digital screening and alert for giftedness, ASD and Mental Health.

About the founder

What could come out of the meeting between a professor of futurism and exponential technologies, dedicated to neuroscience, management and innovation, and a neuropsychologist?

A great mission, which we call CogniSigns.

Founded by Leandro Mattos and Andressa Roveda, CogniSigns emerged from the firm purpose of impacting and transforming the society we live in by giving millions of children, adolescents and adults access to a solution capable of identifying early and in a scalable way, the possible Gifted and Autistic.

Currently, CogniSigns is present in Brazil, United States of America and United Arab Emirates and soon, the operations will also happen in European countries.

Andressa Roveda

Co-founder entrepreneur at CogniSigns, psychologist, neuropsychologist, professor, speaker and consultant. Specialist in Strategic Management of People, Training in Group Dynamics, Ikigai Coach, Kids & Teens Coach. Acted as HR manager in family-owned, national and multinational companies in all HR subsystems, consultant, teacher and in clinic. Voluntarily she was Coordinator of the Commission of Organizational and Work Psychology in CRP-PR and Director of Connections in PR in ABRH-PR. She is currently Director of the Neurobusiness Society’s Neuropsychology Committee. Counselor at the Regional Council of Psychology of Paraná (Brazil) management 2019 to 2022, and she is the LATAM emissary of the Global Grad Show (an Art Dubai Group program for university students from around the world whose research addresses social and environmental issues). Master’s student in Neuropsychology, Cognitive Disabilities, Management of Organizations, Leadership and Decision, and Neuroscience. Entrepreneur, since 2017, in CogniSigns, a social impact startup focused on health and education for digital screening for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Giftedness and Mental Health. An enthusiast of female entrepreneurship and social impact, she is LATAM emissary of the Global Grad Show (an Art Dubai Group program for university students from around the world whose research addresses social and environmental issues) and is also dedicated to supporting people to develop technological and market solutions that can solve relevant problems in society.

Leandro MattosCEO at CogniSigns, a Brazilian health tech of social impact, appointed in 2020 in the United Arab Emirates as one of the 5 most promising health startups in the world, by using neuroscience and artificial intelligence to transform computers, tablets and smartphones into devices capable of performing digital screening for overgiftedness and autism. Multidisciplinary expert with solid academic background (MBAs, M.Sc, PhD(c)) and professional background in neuroscience, technology and innovation. He lives in the United Arab Emirates, where he works and closely experiences one of the most visionary ecosystems of today, which inspires and enhances creative and innovative minds. He is a faculty at Singularity University Brazil in Neurosciences and a Master Expert in the MBA Neuromarketing & Consumer Insights at HSM University. He leads the Neurobusiness Society movement in Brazil (https://neurobusiness.org), which operates as a “HUB” where strategists, managers and leaders in behavior and business meet to discuss consumer trends, get inspired and build the foundations that will move the Neurobusiness ecosystem forward into the future. Every year the Neurobusiness Summit (https://summit.neurobusiness.org) is promoted, the largest event of the segment in Latin America and focused on consumer science, exploring Insights generated by research on the brain, mind and human behavior and driven by technology to solve real problems of companies. As an enthusiast of impact entrepreneurship, he is the LATAM emissary of the Global Grad Show (an Art Dubai Group program for university students from around the world whose research addresses social and environmental issues) and is also dedicated to supporting managers and entrepreneurs to develop technological and market solutions that can solve relevant problems in society.
